\nHe noted that the program was designed in collaboration with the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a leading institution in the field of business administration, and with a select group of global banks and asset management institutions. It includes intensive theoretical and practical training in various investment fields to provide a comprehensive experience combining advanced educational courses and the practical expertise needed by promising talent in the investment sector.
\nHe reported that Central Bank<\/a><\/strong><\/span> The Investment Competency Development Program includes an advanced technical course and on-the-job training with global banks and investment firms, It also includes a job rotation program at the Saudi Central Bank, covering investment activities under the supervision of experts and specialists in financial markets and investment management, as well as the opportunity to work in one of the specialized investment fields at the Investment Agency with exceptional employment benefits, in addition to a range of ongoing development programs designed to hone technical investment skills.
\nHe noted that applications for the program will be open to both genders and will remain open until June 30, 2023, and require:<\/p>\n

The applicant must be a Saudi national.<\/p>\n

A bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree in finance, accounting, economics, statistics, business administration, or a related field from an accredited Saudi or international university, with a grade of \u201cVery Good\u201d or higher, or its equivalent.<\/p>\n
