for all options<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>During his statement, real estate marketer and broker, Abdullah Al-Ajl, confirmed that the policy of enhancing options in the real estate market by enriching the market with diverse projects that suit all needs leads to the growth and advancement of the needs of the real estate market in its various types and types, and the field of construction market's needs, explaining that the market can accommodate all options offered by competitors, whether large contractors or enterprises that have had the opportunity to compete according to their capabilities in this sector.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Adel al-Shehri: Directly stimulating the activities of the contracting sector<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Adel Al-Shehri, Deputy CEO of Sawam Real Estate Company, explained that visionary projects directly stimulate contracting activities, building materials and supporting services, contribute to stimulating small and medium-sized enterprises, and increase competitiveness among enterprises in all regions of the Kingdom.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Shehri explained that real estate wealth is one of the pillars of a strong economy for any country that seeks development and progress, and the projects in their nature revitalize the economy of any region and increase its value and people's interest in it, and the diversity of projects and their distribution contributes to the activity of the sector throughout the Kingdom, because of the good and benefit it brings to the region and its visitors and residents.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding the division of investment opportunities, Al-Shehri emphasized the importance of partnerships between investors and businessmen, noting that large and medium enterprises are not indispensable to small enterprises, as they all support each other in completing projects and facilitating and accelerating their
