The important question is: How does real estate become a driving force for the national economy? Why do financiers consider it to be at the forefront of industries, and why does real estate hold this position?<\/p>\n<p>The answer to these questions and many other inquiries boils down to the fact that real estate is a strategic commodity that is indispensable to all citizens, who need it\u2014whether for residential, commercial, or administrative purposes\u2014to carry out various activities, Furthermore, the amount of capital required for the real estate industry is enormous, surpassing that of most other industries and investments in other sectors. Therefore, we find that real estate investors form partnerships and create giant entities capable of facing enormous challenges and fierce competition, while banks and other entities also contribute <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sama.gov.sa\/ar-sa\/LicenseEntities\/Pages\/FinanceLicencedEntities.aspx\">Real estate finance<\/a><\/span> It plays an active role in maximizing and accelerating real estate transactions\u2014both sales and purchases\u2014 nor can we overlook the social role of residential real estate, where families find homes and shelter, those seeking commercial spaces for business activities find them, and those wishing to start an administrative business find an office or clinic. Real estate is directly and indirectly linked to thousands of different industries, as well as domestic and foreign trade. This is the secret behind describing real estate as the engine of the economy: whenever the real estate market is active and thriving, it is inevitably accompanied by activity across all industrial and commercial sectors, increased financial liquidity, andfor banks and financial institutions, leading to economic recovery, an appreciation of the local currency, and an increase in the national budget. Furthermore, the real estate sector requires a large workforce across various locations, which helps reduce unemployment, increase demand for labor, and promote the advancement and development of society.<\/p>\n<p>No country can develop without a thriving real estate sector, and there can be no social stability without construction. The government alone cannot provide the necessary housing, and the private sector must step in strongly to bridge the gap between supply and demand.<\/p>\n<p>And the property still holds many
