According to press reports, heirs' disputes in commercial real estate accounted for 55% of the total 7,744 cases filed with the courts during the current Hijri year.<\/p>\n

The courts of Riyadh region accounted for the highest percentage, with 28.2 percent, by receiving 2,178 cases, followed by the courts of Makkah region with 1,959 cases, and the Eastern Province with 1,054 cases. The courts of Asir region recorded 545 cases for the division of an estate, Medina 442 cases, Qassim region 390 cases, Hail region 290 cases, Tabuk 269 cases, and Jazan region 242 cases.
\nThe Al-Jouf region has 170 cases, Al-Baha has 75 cases, and the Northern Borders region has 73 cases, followed by the Najran region with 57 cases since the beginning of the current Hijri year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
