Announced National Housing Company<\/a><\/strong><\/span> \u201cNHC announced the establishment of power stations in several of its residential projects in Riyadh and Jeddah, in cooperation with the private sector, with the aim of strengthening the electricity system and providing reliable and high-quality electricity services. in the suburbs<\/a> <\/strong><\/span>In communities, the establishment of power stations was approved in 3 massive projects, in order to supply more than 11,700 housing units, to achieve optimal operation of the electricity system.<\/p>\n

Infrastructure preparation\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

This comes as a continuation of the efforts of \u201cNational Housing<\/strong><\/span>\u201dIn preparing the infrastructure for its projects, which includes water, electricity, communications, lighting, sidewalks, road paving, and others, in addition to allocating sites for public service facilities, which raise the highest standards of quality of life, to provide its beneficiaries with an integrated residential environment.<\/p>\n

It is worth noting that National Housing Company<\/a><\/strong><\/span> \u201cNHC\u201d, being the leader and enabler of the real estate development sector, is keen to deliver housing units to beneficiaries as soon as they are completed, and to work on delivering the rest of the units as quickly as possible, within the framework of its endeavor to achieve the objectives of the Housing Program, one of the programs of the Kingdom\u2019s Vision 2030, by raising the rate of homeownership for Saudi families to 70%.<\/p>\n
