Furthermore, real estate clients can be divided into approximately twenty-four categories, the most well-known of which are: \u2013 the hesitant client \u2013 the price-sensitive client \u2013 The quality-oriented customer \u2013 The investor \u2013 The partner \u2013 The confrontational customer \u2013 The decisive customer. Here, real estate agents must identify the type of customer and deal with them in a way that achieves the desired goal, which is for them to make a purchase decision. Mishandling a prospective client wastes time and effort and may result in the loss of other clients who are more serious and eager to buy.
