Specialized reports have shown that Transaction Volume<\/a><\/strong><\/span> In the residential sector during the first half of 2023, the number of transactions fell by 32% compared to the previous year, totaling 70,000 transactions over six months, compared to 103,000 transactions during the same period last year.<\/p>\n

According to a report released by the global real estate consulting firm \u201cKnight Frank\u201d on the residential real estate market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia \u2013 Summer 2023, the figures indicate that the total value of transactions declined by 28% during the same period, suggesting a continued Rising Prices of Residential Units<\/a><\/span><\/strong> Throughout the Kingdom. The downward trend in the number of mortgages issued also reflects market challenges, as the number fell by 34.9% compared to the previous year, accompanied by a 36.9% decline in the total value of mortgages issued.<\/p>\n
