The company aims to promote development sustainability and increase the efficiency of operations in the local facilities management sector by focusing on facilities management to reduce costs and extend the lifespan of facilities for various real estate development projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n

The company will also provide advisory services by utilizing the latest technologies in the sector, such as developing a unified digital platform for collecting and utilizing utility data.<\/p>\n

Providing various services<\/h3>\n

The company will provide specialized facilities management services to strategic and developmental sectors of the local economy, such as health institutions, industrial facilities, entertainment destinations, aviation facilities, educational institutions, malls, business offices, residential neighborhoods, and more.<\/p>\n

The establishment of FMTECH is in line with the Saudi Facilities Management Company's (FMTECH) strategy Public Investment Fund<\/a><\/strong> To launch and empower promising sectors, to support economic diversification, to find sustainable solutions, and to work on localizing technologies and transferring knowledge in the Kingdom.<\/p>\n
