href=\"https:\/\/rega.gov.sa\/\"> Public Authority for Real Estate<\/a><\/span><\/strong> The Al-Qassim Region Secretariat has conducted more than 290 inspection tours of real estate establishments to monitor compliance with the Real Estate Brokerage Law since the law came into effect through 25 Muharram 1445 AH, as part of the ongoing cooperation between the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing and the General Real Estate Authority.<\/p>\n<h4>A number of violations were detected<\/h4>\n<p>The joint inspection tours resulted in the detection of a number of violations, primarily related to the conduct of business activities <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/?s=%D9%86%D8%B8%D8%A7%D9%85+%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%88%D8%B3%D8%A7%D8%B7%D8%A9+%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D9%82%D8%A7%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A9\">Real estate brokerage<\/a><\/span> or providing real estate services without a valid license or after its expiration,in addition to failing to state the licensee\u2019s name or license number in any advertisement or publication related to the property, or providing real estate brokerage services without possessing copies of documents and proof of ownership of the property or its usufruct, failure to comply with the mandatory forms and contracts for real estate services and activities, as well as failure to file or register concluded brokerage contracts or real estate transactions on the electronic platform.<\/p>\n<h4>Compliance with Real Estate Brokerage Regulations<\/h4>\n<p>It should be noted that joint inspection tours are one of the avenues for oversight and compliance with the brokerage system, as they serve to<span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/?s=%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%87%D9%8A%D8%A6%D8%A9+%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D8%A7%D9%85%D8%A9+%D9%84%D9%84%D8%B9%D9%82%D8%A7%D8%B1\"> Public Authority for Real Estate<\/a><\/strong><\/span> Inspection and compliance activities are carried out along four main tracks, namely: the Authority\u2019s field inspection teams, which verify the compliance of establishments or the compliance of real estate advertising signs, inspection campaigns in which the Authority participates alongside relevant agencies to address violations related to Saudization, front companies, or workplace compliance, in addition to electronic oversight targeting online channels and real estate platforms to verify the compliance of advertisements and digital brokerage
