procedures and obtain services from all government and service agencies.<\/p>\n<p>She explained<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/?s=%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%87%D9%8A%D8%A6%D8%A9+%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D8%A7%D9%85%D8%A9+%D9%84%D9%84%D8%B9%D9%82%D8%A7%D8%B1\">Public Authority for Real Estate<\/a><\/strong> The service allows the president of the owners' association or the director of the association to issue a (700) number, which enhances the legal status of associations and facilitates transactions with other entities independently, stressing that the national number for establishments is a prerequisite for dealing with other entities such as banks, Najez (Justice Services Center), Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Water Company and Electricity Company, where it is possible to register an owners' association in the unified national number service (700) by entering the electronic platform https:\/\/mullak-services.housing.gov.sa\/Account\/Login, and submit a request to issue the unified number, and then send the request to.<\/p>\n<p>For its part, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development seeks through the Unified National Number service to improve and raise the efficiency of the work environment and contribute to facilitating the services provided to owners' associations.<\/p>\n<p>It is noteworthy that Malak aims to create a safe and sustainable environment that contributes to preserving the
