family<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Firas Al-Hadlaq, one of the owners of residential units, explained that the criteria for buying residential units can be divided into two parts, the first being investment and the second being housing: The first is investment, and the second is housing, and with regard to the first section, it is necessary to choose places that are popular and close to vital being bothered by neighbors, not having enough parking, or refusing to pay fees to the owners' association or the value of the operating company.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding the method of selecting the owners' union, Al-Hadlaq explained that there are two ways to nominate a director of the union by voting on this by the owners through the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing website, and that he is the person responsible for following up the operations of the property, whether paying bills, performing maintenance operations, and other services, pointing out that if there is a dispute
