The implementation of this effective management model aims to improve the performance of the organization\u2019s employees while simultaneously striving to achieve the objectives for which the business was established, Perhaps the key advantage of this management model is its ability and effectiveness in fostering employee engagement, a sense of responsibility, and harmony among employees.<\/p>\n

Five Steps to Implementing Management by Objectives:<\/span> <\/strong><\/h4>\n

I:<\/strong> Setting Strategic Goals<\/p>\n

This involves setting objectives in accordance with the vision and mission of the organization for which it was established.<\/p>\n

Second:<\/strong> Distribute these objectives in collaboration with the relevant departments.<\/p>\n

So that these strategic goals are broken down into smaller, incremental goals.<\/p>\n

Third:<\/strong> Inclusion of All Employees: Planning<\/p>\n

This is considered one of the most important strengths of management by objectives, as it encourages employees to develop an implementation plan based on available resources.<\/p>\n

Fourth: Implementation Mechanism<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once individual and overall goals have been adopted, the implementation of the agreed-upon plans begins, and adjustments are made as needed.<\/p>\n

Finally: Follow-up and Performance Evaluation<\/p>\n
