Signed Developmental Housing Program<\/a><\/strong> Three tripartite agreements with the Al-Sakin Civil Development Housing Foundation and the Al-Shakran Foundation for Community Service, aimed at providing housing to the most needy families covered by the development housing regulations, as well as eligible non-qualified housing support recipients for real estate financing, under the auspices of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal Affairs, Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Alhakil.<\/p>\n

Under the agreements concluded, the Developmental Housing Program<\/a><\/strong> Providing the necessary data on beneficiaries and their needs and their distribution among cities and governorates; the \u201cSakin\u201d Foundation will study their data and verify them in accordance with the support regulations, and complete the procedures for delivering the units to the beneficiaries; while the \u201cShaqran Foundation, Malli Ben Salamah Ben Saidan and his brothers for community service\u201d will implement or purchase the units according to the approved technical specifications and conditions, and contribute to the field study of the eligible beneficiaries for ownership.<\/p>\n

This agreement comes in an effort to achieve what the Kingdom Vision 2030 stipulates by creating the necessary environment for the non-profit sector to take the initiative to confront challenges and seize opportunities. The Ministry works with the non-profit sector to provide suitable housing support for the most needy families from the social security beneficiaries and those under their care, in addition to enabling the non-profit sector to be more effective in the housing sector to increase its contribution to the national output and strive to support development housing projects in all regions and governorates.<\/p>\n
