Real Estate Broker Commission<\/h3>\n

Regarding the commission payable to the real estate broker, the authority explained that according to the executive regulations Real Estate Brokerage System<\/a> <\/strong>If a real estate broker enters into one brokerage contract with more than one of the parties to the same real estate transaction, he is entitled to the commission stipulated by law equally between the parties, unless the parties to the real estate brokerage contract agree otherwise, and if the real estate broker enters into two or more brokerage contracts with the parties to the same real estate transaction, he is entitled to the commission according to the case, if a certain percentage of the commission is specified in one of the two brokerage contracts, and not specified in the other contract, he is entitled to the percentage of the commission specified in the contract. If a certain percentage of the commission is specified in one of the two brokerage contracts, and it is not specified in the other contract, he shall be entitled to the percentage of the commission specified in the contract, and the rest shall be borne by the other party, not exceeding the commission stipulated by law, while if a certain percentage of the commission is not specified in the brokerage contracts, he shall be entitled to the commission stipulated by law equally between the parties to the one real estate transaction.<\/p>\n
