If a certain percentage of the commission is specified in one of the two brokerage contracts, and it is not specified in the other contract, he shall be entitled to the percentage of the commission specified in the contract, and the rest shall be borne by the other party, not exceeding the commission stipulated by law, while if a certain percentage of the commission is not specified in the brokerage contracts, he shall be entitled to the commission stipulated by law equally between the parties to the one real estate transaction.<\/p>\n<p>It is noteworthy that this contract is the second contract according to the system after the brokerage contract with the owner was previously available, and the brokerage contract with the broker will be available in the coming period.<strong><a
