The Kingdom is hosting an event today, Sunday, September 10 Cityscape<\/a> <\/strong>The international event, sponsored by the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing and organized by Tahaluf under the theme \u201cBuilding the Home of the Future,\u201d will run through September 13, 2023, at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, north of Riyadh.<\/p>\n

And this comes Cityscape<\/a><\/strong> The World\u2019s Largest Real Estate Exhibition, with participants from more than 170 countries and exhibitors from 21 countries showcasing their distinctive real estate projects; the exhibition also brings together Vision 2030 projects under one roof.<\/p>\n

The exhibition is aimed at prospective homebuyers, investors, real estate developers, engineers, designers, real estate investment funds, and insurance companies, as well as property owners and those interested in the real estate sector.<\/p>\n

The exhibition will also feature special raffles for free residential units for visitors, as well as special loans from banks with exclusive financing rates available only at the exhibition, and special offers from real estate developers.<\/p>\n

It will see Cityscape<\/a><\/strong> The event featured numerous panel discussions held in specialized forums and venues to explore various aspects of the real estate sector, including the integration of artificial intelligence with real estate, transformations in real estate markets, environmental sustainability, the role of women in real estate technology innovations, the future of industrial real estate in the Kingdom, urban planning, and many other topics.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Cityscape Global will host the Roshen Hackathon, sponsored by Roshen. The hackathon is specifically designed for the real estate and technology sectors in Saudi Arabia, offering participants the opportunity to interact with professional developers, innovative designers, and real estate technology experts to develop new solutions capable of advancing the real estate sector. The hackathon is primarily aimed at improving the quality of life for residents and tenants by creating digital solutions tailored to their personal needs, The hackathon also ensures that participants receive the highest levels of service and support, in line with Roshen\u2019s core values, as Roshen places special emphasis on safety, fairness, and quality.<\/p>\n

The hackathon is divided into two tracks: the first track is for existing startups, while the second track is for new business ideas. A judging panel will be formed to evaluate the competitors\u2019 entries, consisting of a select group of industry experts, including: Dr. Alian Al-Harbi, Advisor to His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Municipal, Rural, and Housing Affairs; Jayish Majanlal, Chief Information and Digital Officer at Roshen Group; Yassin Qattan, Head of Strategy and Corporate Affairs at Roshen Group; Engineer Wasim Al-Khashan, Executive General Manager of Marketing at Roshen Group; Rayan Al-Sharif, Partner at Manjam Business Development; and Khalid Al-Auhali, Director of Customer Engineering at Google Cloud.<\/p>\n

The prizes for Track 1 total 500,000 riyals, with 350,000 riyals for the first-place winner and 150,000 riyals for the second-place winner, The prizes for Track 2 also total 500,000 riyals, with the first-place winner receiving 350,000 riyals and the second-place winner receiving 150,000 riyals, The winning teams will also have the opportunity to attend the official launch event for Google Cloud in Saudi Arabia, as well as a workshop presented by Google Cloud titled \u201cInnovation and Creative Thinking 10X,\u201d which covers design thinking and ways to accelerate business through innovation. The workshop will be led by Khalid Al-Awhali, Head of Customer Engineering at Google Cloud Saudi Arabia, Workshop participants will receive a certificate of attendance.<\/p>\n

The Roshen Hackathon is scheduled to take place from September 10 to 12 as part of the exhibition, with the closing ceremony on September 13.<\/p>\n

Cityscape Global is a special edition of the event hosted by the Kingdom with the aim of discussing the future of real estate, showcasing unique real estate projects, and promoting innovation and creativity.<\/p>\n
