{"id":60103,"date":"2023-10-18T13:45:05","date_gmt":"2023-10-18T10:45:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/?p=60103"},"modified":"2023-10-18T13:45:05","modified_gmt":"2023-10-18T10:45:05","slug":"%d8%a7%d9%84%d9%85%d8%b1%d9%83%d8%b2-%d8%a7%d9%84%d9%88%d8%b7%d9%86%d9%8a-%d9%84%d9%84%d8%aa%d9%81%d8%aa%d9%8a%d8%b4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/60103\/","title":{"rendered":"Al-Haqeel: Establishing the National Center for Inspection and Control aims to improve the business environment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing and Chairman of the National Center for Inspection and Control, Mr.<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/?s=%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AD%D9%82%D9%8A%D9%84\"> Majid bin Abdullah Al-Haqeel<\/a><\/strong> Thanks to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on the occasion of the Cabinet's approval to establish the National Center for Inspection and Control, which aims to coordinate inspection and control work among government agencies.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Haqeel stressed that the center preserves the rights of all parties, and conducts awareness campaigns in cooperation with government agencies to raise awareness of laws, regulations and requirements, which contributes to raising compliance rates.<\/p>\n<p>He added: \u201cThe center will work in cooperation with the concerned government agencies to develop a plan to unify inspection and control activities between different government agencies, which will be implemented gradually, both in terms of the geographical scope of implementation and the areas of inspection and control that will be unified, with the aim of reducing the burden of repeated control visits from multiple agencies on private sector enterprises.\u201d He pointed out that this will contribute to improving the business environment in the Kingdom.<\/p>\n<p>It is noteworthy that the establishment of the center comes as one of the national initiatives aimed at improving the business environment in the Kingdom as part of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/?s=%D8%B1%D8%A4%D9%8A%D8%A9+%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D9%85%D9%84%D9%83%D8%A9+2030\">Vision 2030<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>National Inspection Center<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Reading time: <\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> &lt;
