Grazing ROSHN\u201c<\/a><\/strong>a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), is participating in the seventh edition of the Future Investment Initiative (FII) Forum as a strategic partner.<\/p>\n

ROSHN's partnership with the initiative represents an opportunity to combine the new and distinctive lifestyle it offers in the Kingdom with the global investment community's efforts to explore new markets and prospects for economic development.<\/p>\n

As a strategic partner, ROSHN will provide insights on how the real estate sector can contribute to the Future Investment Forum 2023\u201ds goal of \u201dcontributing to charting new directions towards a more prosperous future for all\u201c, reflecting its commitment to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and its corporate values to enhance the quality of life, grow the economy, and achieve sustainability.<\/p>\n

In particular, she will contribute to the Future Investment Forum's efforts to explore the future of work, life, health, education, sports, culture and tourism through her expertise in these areas.<\/p>\n

The importance of real estate development<\/h3>\n

ROSHN leaders will participate in several panel discussions highlighting the importance of real estate development to global technology, innovation, business, finance and investment. David Grover, CEO of ROSHN Group, will address the future stability of the commercial real estate market, and ROSHN Group CIO Jayesh Maganlal will provide insight on how artificial intelligence is changing the ways in which work is done.<\/p>\n

Amer Kharboush, the group's head of project execution and management, will participate in a ROSHN-sponsored panel discussion titled \u201cHow New Technologies Connect Major Projects to the World.\u201d.<\/p>\n
