Sign up \u201cRental index<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u201dThe index includes more than 294 thousand residential and commercial rental transactions during the month of September, as part of the reports and data issued by the electronic network for rental services \u201cEjar\u201d in integration with the Sakani platform, as the index includes more than 160 cities and governorates covering most cities and regions of the Kingdom, with an increase of more than 22% compared to September 2022.<\/p>\n

The September report for the rental index saw a decline in Housing deals<\/a><\/span><\/strong> Residential transactions in September amounted to 233,000 transactions, while commercial rental transactions recorded 61,000 transactions, down by 15% compared to last August, down by 6% compared to last August.<\/p>\n

Riyadh topped the list of cities with more than 22% of the total deals recorded by the rental index, recording more than 65 thousand residential and commercial rental deals; to continue as the most recorded cities for rental deals, followed by Jeddah, which exceeded 37 thousand residential and commercial deals, then Mecca with 13 thousand residential and commercial deals, then Medina, which recorded 13 thousand deals, and Dammam, which reached 12.9 thousand deals.<\/p>\n
