Announced Public Authority for Real Estate<\/a><\/strong> The \u201cSorting Real Estate Units\u201d program has registered more than 100 million square meters of sorted real estate areas since the beginning of the program until this October. The program provides a service (sorting or re-sorting) a building or a real estate complex into several real estate units, so that each real estate unit has an independent title deed through an electronic platform.<\/p>\n

The authority explained that since the launch of the \u201cReal Estate Units Sorting Platform\u201d, more than 45,000 requests have been received, during which more than 317,000 real estate units have been sorted, including 312,000 residential real estate units, nearly 4,000 commercial units, and more than 400 administrative offices.<\/p>\n

Improving screening procedures<\/h4>\n

The Real Estate Authority added that the development of the procedures of the real estate unit sorting platform and facilitating its operations and services came with unified procedures from all partners and related parties, which contributed to accelerating the completion of applications and increasing their efficiency and quality, in addition to contributing to providing a variety of residential and commercial options of real estate units for those wishing to own, by enabling real estate developers to sort real estate and real estate complexes into several units, to increase the real estate supply and make it available to beneficiaries.<\/p>\n

She confirmed that these figures came as a result of the automation of procedures with the relevant authorities, such as linking with the Ministry of Justice to issue deeds after the completion of the sorting operations, and Baladi platform to verify construction license data; to complete the sorting operations through the electronic platform for sorting real estate units, without the need to review the authorities, or visit the engineering office, where the governance and automation of this process reduced the beneficiary's journey from up to 60 working days to 5 to 10 working days, including procedures for processing and approving the sorting minutes and issuing deeds.<\/p>\n

Jeddah is the most active<\/h4>\n

Jeddah was the most active city in terms of the number of units sorted, with more than 86,000 units, then Riyadh with more than 77,000 units, followed by the Eastern Province with 39,000 units, Mecca with 29,000 units, and Asir with more than 24,000 real estate units.<\/p>\n

It is noteworthy that Public Authority for Real Estate<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0It added a number of services and improvements to \u201csorting real estate units\u201d such as the electronic sorting request service, which enables the property owner to contract through the electronic platform for sorting real estate units with engineering offices and obtain the best price offers to raise the property cadastral and submit the sorting request, to be characterized by the speed and ease of the property owner's choice of the engineering office, as well as organizing the contractual situation between them, and increasing competition between engineering offices in the quality and speed of completing sorting requests, in addition to the possibility of determining the time period and prices for requests submitted according to specific controls, in addition to working to reduce the duration of data entry procedures.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
