Systems Cadastre<\/a><\/strong> In cooperation with the General Authority for Real Estate, a workshop entitled \u201cOpportunities to Empower the Real Estate Sector\u201d was held today, with the aim of presenting ideas that contribute to the sustainability of the system and improving the real estate scene in the Kingdom and raising its investment attractiveness.<\/p>\n

The workshop began with the presence and participation of experts and representatives of the real estate sector, government agencies and investors, during which they discussed opportunities to empower the sector, and their visions and proposals to improve the real estate scene in the Kingdom and increase the sector's contribution to the GDP.<\/p>\n

Reviewing real estate growth opportunities<\/h3>\n

The workshop included panel discussions and presentations, during which the factors affecting the real estate sector and the opportunities available for development and growth were discussed, highlighting the importance of developing and improving real estate infrastructure, facilitating procedures and achieving higher standards of transparency and security in real estate transactions.<\/p>\n

The CEO of\u201dCadastre<\/a><\/strong>\u201dThe workshop is an important step in enhancing cooperation and dialogue between the various parties in the real estate system, to introduce the importance of the real estate registry and its role in enhancing transparency and reliability in the real estate sector and achieving the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030,\" said Dr. Mohammed Al-Sulaiman.<\/p>\n

Empowering the real estate sector<\/h3>\n

He explained that the workshop was a suitable opportunity for those interested in the real estate sector, including large owners and investors in the real estate sector, government agencies, real estate developers, and companies concerned with the sector, and will discuss opportunities to empower, develop and grow the real estate sector and discuss all the challenges of implementing the real estate registry in the Kingdom.<\/p>\n
