The Land Registry participates in The \u201cSaudi ProTech\u201d Conference\u201d<\/a><\/strong>, which will be held on November 6 and 7, 2023, in Riyadh, with the aim of raising awareness of the importance of technology in streamlining real estate sector procedures in the Saudi market, strengthening its role in the sector\u2019s governance, and enhancing transparency and sustainability in line with the objectives of the Kingdom\u2019s Vision 2030.<\/p>\n

Widespread participation<\/h4>\n

The \u201cPropTech Saudi\u201d conference features broad participation from real estate industry leaders, including more than 40 local and international speakers, as well as a large group of real estate developers, real estate investors, real estate technology companies, and startups.<\/p>\n

Dr. Muhammad Al-Suleiman, CEO of the Real Estate Registry, explained that the regulation ProTech Saudi Arabia Conference<\/a> <\/strong>Under the supervision of the General Real Estate Authority, this is a landmark event of great significance at a time when the Kingdom is undergoing a radical transformation in all sectors, with the real estate sector serving as one of the key drivers of this transformation under Saudi Vision 2030.<\/p>\n

He explained that their participation aims to highlight the latest developments in the real estate registration process in the Kingdom, with a focus on the role of technology in this field, which will enhance the reliability of real estate and increase its investment appeal. \u201cProTech Saudi\u201d also provides a platform that connects key stakeholders in the real estate sector\u2014including investors, real estate developers, real estate technology companies, and startups\u2014and offers an opportunity to build a network and exchange expertise with those interested in this sector.<\/p>\n

It is organized by Cadastre<\/a> <\/strong>During the summit, a workshop titled \u201cEmpowering the Real Estate Technology Sector\u201d will be held, in which leaders from the Real Estate Registry will discuss opportunities to leverage real estate technologies that contribute to the promising transformation of the Kingdom\u2019s real estate sector, as well as the role of the Real Estate Registry in empowering the real estate development sector.<\/p>\n
