Jeddah saw 27,500 m2 enter the market, bringing the total office space in the city to 1.2 million m2.<\/p>\n<p>The report confirmed the recovery of the performance of the office space sector in the Kingdom, with approximately 110,000 m2 of office space scheduled to be delivered in the capital, Riyadh, during the last months of this year. According to the report, average rents for Class A office space increased by 11% per year, reaching SAR 1,765 per square meter per year, and the citywide vacancy rate dropped to only 1%.<\/p>\n<p>And
