November 14-18 under the patronage and presence of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Bahrain, with the participation of a group of speakers, experts, real estate professionals, international real estate developers, and those interested in buying real estate units, under the theme \u201cSustainability and Digital Transformation in the Real Estate Sector.\u201d The exhibition's theme was \u201cSustainability and Digital Transformation in the Real Estate Sector.\u201d.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Review of the real estate legislation system at the exhibition<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>During its participation in a pavilion at Cityscape Bahrain 2023, the Authority reviewed the system of real estate legislation it issued, namely the Real Estate Brokerage System and the Real Estate Registration System, in addition to the activities that come under the organization of the Authority, including (Wafi off-plan sales committee).<br \/>\nThe Secretary General of the Off-Map Sale and Leasing Committee (Wafi), Nayef Al-Sharif, participated in a panel discussion entitled \u201cThe Experience of Off-Map Sale and Leasing in Saudi Arabia\u201d, and the Director General of Strategic Communication at the Authority, Tayseer Al-Mafraj, participated in a panel discussion entitled \"The Importance of Real Estate Legislation in Developing the Real Estate Sector\".<\/p>\n<h4>Raising awareness of the sector's regulations and activities<\/h4>\n<p>The participation of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/?s=%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%87%D9%8A%D8%A6%D8%A9+%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D8%A7%D9%85%D8%A9+%D9%84%D9%84%D8%B9%D9%82%D8%A7%D8%B1+\">Public Authority for Real Estate<\/a> <\/strong>Cityscape Bahrain 2023 as part of its role in real estate registration, regulating the non-governmental real estate sector and spreading awareness of the sector's regulations and activities, to enhance the sector's governance, raise the efficiency of its performance, maintain its sustainability, serve partners, and raise the level of transparency of the sector in implementation of the comprehensive strategy for the real estate sector.<\/p>\n<p>Cityscape Bahrain 2023 witnessed the participation of more than 40 exhibitors and the presentation of 58 projects, in addition to showcasing the latest luxury housing projects, including beachfront villas, modern apartments, gated communities, private islands and more than 10,000 projects from the most renowned developers in the
