Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz inaugurated \u00a0Emir of Eastern Province<\/a> <\/strong>Investment projects worth more than 14 billion riyals, in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, His Excellency the Governor of the region, Engineer Fahd bin Mohammed Al-Jubeir, and a number of Saudi and Gulf investors, in line with the ministry's efforts to raise the quality of life, revitalize the economic movement and create job opportunities for the people of the region, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
\nHe pointed out that the wise leadership pays great attention to the projects implemented by all service and development sectors in the Kingdom, stressing that the sectors seek to promote sustainability in their projects to contribute to achieving the concept of quality of life, improving the urban landscape, humanizing cities, and making optimal use of urban assets, in line with the Saudi Vision 2030.<\/p>\n

18 investment projects with an area of nearly 3 million m2<\/strong><\/h4>\n

HH Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz was briefed on a visual presentation on the most prominent investment projects, which included 18 investment projects with an area of nearly 3 million m2, including the investment project for the water tower (Al Muallem) on Al Khobar Corniche, King Abdullah Civilization Center on Dammam Corniche, the standard beach on Al Khobar Corniche, Al Marjan Island on Dammam Corniche, Aramco Boulevard and Mall in Dhahran, the cultural center - Nabed Al Khobar - and Al Othaim Circle on Al Khobar Corniche, Al Othaim Park in Dammam.Al Othaim Circle on Al Khobar Corniche, Al Othaim Park Center in Dammam, the Heart of Khobar project, the Heart of Dahiya project, the Hill Houses project, the Ritz-Carlton Resort at Half Moon Beach, the Specialized Heart and Lung Hospital in Al Khobar, the Equestrian Stables Club in Dammam, and the Senior Citizens Club in Dammam, where His Highness heard an explanation about each project and the proposed designs and the most important elements and activities that will represent a qualitative shift for the region and reflect the investment attractiveness and demand enjoyed by the region.<\/p>\n

For his part, His Excellency the Secretary of the Eastern Province explained that these investment projects come as an extension of the support of His Highness the Emir of the region and His Highness the Deputy Emir, and the follow-up of the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, pointing out that these projects will add new investment and development dimensions to the region by enhancing recreational, tourism, residential, social and sports activities, noting that the region has witnessed during the past years the launch of a large number of pioneering and distinctive investment projects that will contribute to enhancing its status as a leading tourist destination.<\/p>\n
