href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/32866\/\">Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing<\/a><\/strong><\/span>The ministry has already completed 300,000 housing units in Saudi Arabia before the end of 2025, noting that the ministry has completed about 50,000 housing units.<\/p>\n<p>In statements to Al-Sharq News, Al-Tobel said that the Kingdom is working through companies affiliated with ministries as well as the private sector to increase the number of housing units in the market, as more than 150,000 housing units are currently being built in the projects of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.<\/p>\n<p>In his remarks, made on the sidelines of the Saudi-Egyptian Real Estate Development Conference held in Riyadh recently, he added that the ministry has completed about 50,000 housing units, expecting about 80 to 90,000 housing units to enter the market next year.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that the value of investments in infrastructure, building units and services in<span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.vision2030.gov.sa\/ar\/vision-2030\/vrp\/housing-program\/\"> Housing sector<\/a><\/strong><\/span> in the Kingdom exceeds 200 billion riyals, and he expects this value to rise in the future.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Tawil stressed that Riyadh is witnessing a different real estate
