the accounts of the beneficiaries of \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/?s=%D8%B3%D9%83%D9%86%D9%8A\">Residential<\/a>\u201dThe Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, Housing and Real Estate Fund for November 2023, as part of efforts to improve the ability of beneficiaries to afford the cost of owning a suitable home, in line with the objectives of the Housing Program, one of the Kingdom's 2030 programs.<\/p>\n<p>The Fund's CEO, Mansour bin Madi, explained that the total support for the month of November amounted to 970 million riyals, allocated to support the profits of real estate financing contracts, indicating that the total amount deposited in the accounts of residential beneficiaries since the announcement of the transformation program in June 2017 until November 2023 amounted to about 53.9 billion riyals.<\/p>\n<p>Bin Madi said that the Real Estate Fund provided the lowest financing profit margin of up to 2.59% for beneficiaries of the self-construction product for a limited period in partnership with Al Rajhi Bank, First Saudi Bank and Al Balad Bank, in addition to the benefits of the updated housing support program that provides more solutions and benefits to own the appropriate housing, pointing out that other financing advantages include raising the percentage of the down payment to 25% when signing the financing contract, which contributes to addressing the challenges of beneficiaries of the self-construction product and enable them to cover the initial costs of the stages of building their homes.<\/p>\n<p>It is noteworthy that the Real Estate Development Fund provides services for housing support programs through more than 43 digital services through the Fund's electronic portal, the real estate advisor service, in addition to the self-service devices in all its branches, 24 hours a day, while the unified call center 199088 and social media channels respond to inquiries and questions from
