To date, these efforts have resulted in the inscription of seven sites on the UNESCO World Heritage List, with a similar number awaiting announcement.<\/p>\n<p>He noted that the Vision 2030 goals have not overlooked efforts to preserve the environment through a steadfast commitment to using alternative energy, reducing carbon emissions, and achieving net-zero emissions, noting that this forum will highlight these initiatives, review a number of projects and recent trends aimed at improving quality of life, and showcase successful experiences.<\/p>\n<p>In closing, His Highness Prince Saud bin Jalawi honored the sponsors.<\/p>\n<p>The two-day forum, which features a number of academic sessions, aims to bring together a broad range of experts and architects engaged in architectural and urban
