ROSHN and Ajdan will dedicate their efforts and expertise to improve the quality of life and develop the real estate sector in the Kingdom and achieve the ambitious goal of Saudi Vision 2030 to increase the rate of home ownership.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Improving quality of life\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>According to the Chief Sales Officer of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/?s=%D8%B1%D9%88%D8%B4%D9%86\">Rushen<\/a> <\/strong>Jason Margetts said that the agreement reflects cooperation in achieving ROSHN's goals of improving the quality of life and enabling the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, as well as looking forward to keeping pace with new market trends and building success by providing high-quality living standards for citizens, in line with ROSHN's core values of responsibility and opportunity.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Mohammed Alotaibi, CEO of Ajdan Real Estate Development Company, said: \u201cWe are pleased with the level of partnership we have with ROSHN as it seeks to lead in the development of residential communities in the Kingdom, and our choice to be one of the developers of Sidra Model Community as one of the quality of life projects that Ajdan's strategy supports and contributes to promoting.\u201c.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Sidra Neighborhood Development in 8 Phases\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>In Sidra, Ajdan is developing one of its latest residential projects, Rusheen, which comes with several models equipped with distinctive specifications that make it one of the most distinctive residential projects, with a combination of beauty and luxury for its residents. Sidra, Rusheen's flagship project, will be developed in 8 phases spanning 35 million square meters of integrated neighborhoods and adding more than 30,000 residential units to the urban landscape in Riyadh.<\/p>\n<p>Sidra Neighborhood (Phase 2B) reflects ROSHN's distinctive footprint that redefines modern living, offering essential amenities and a lifestyle integrated with residential, commercial and retail spaces.
