200 million square meters of land to provide 124,000 housing units under construction, 65,000 of which have been sold off-plan.<\/p>\n<p>During a speech at the Global Real Estate Leaders Summit in Riyadh, Al-Batti added that purchase orders for 2023 for small and medium-sized enterprises exceeded one billion riyals.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that the company is working to develop the lifestyle by developing 8 suburbs and 6 communities with comprehensive development, pointing out that the volume of business and development of units at the company is the largest in the Kingdom, despite the recent establishment of the company, which was launched 6 years ago.<\/p>\n<p>The CEO of the National Housing Company, Mohammed bin Saleh al-Batti, also explained that the company has 58 real estate developers to be partners in building its residential communities.<\/p>\n<p>It is noteworthy that <a style=\"font-weight: bold;\"
