Related to what requires a license, procedural guide or requirement in the establishment of public benefit markets.<br \/>\n3- When establishing new livestock markets, care shall be taken to ensure that they are outside the urban area in accordance with the second paragraph of Article (Ninety-eighth) of the regulation. (Ninety-eight) of the Regulations.<br \/>\n4- If the market complies with the above criteria, the request will be submitted to the Ministry to decide on the request, along with an aerial photo showing the location of the new market and the nearest market with the same activity. The location of the new market, the nearest market with the same activity, and the justification for establishing the new market.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Conditions for holding seasonal markets and auctions<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>1- The existence of an organizer of the market or auction that bears all the financial and organizational burdens.<br \/>\n2- Specifies the purpose of the seasonal market or auction and the duration of the market.<br \/>\n3- It should not affect the movement and activity of the public benefit market in the region.<br \/>\n4- The Ministry's role shall be technical supervision of the auction.<br \/>\n5- When the previous criteria are met, the competent authority shall be submitted to the competent authority for final approval, accompanied by the following:<br \/>\n(A) An official request from the organizer of the seasonal market or auction, stating the purpose of holding the market or auction.
