Real estate registration extends to 46 neighborhoods in Riyadh"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>She called <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rega.gov.sa\/News\/NewsDetails?id=1357&amp;LangId=41d9365c-0847-487d-9e0a-d098a872da0f\">Public Authority for Real Estate<\/a><\/strong> Property owners in 48 neighborhoods in the cities of Riyadh, Dammam, and Medina are urged to register their properties in the real estate registry, starting today until the end of March 28, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The authority explained that the first registration of properties in these neighborhoods is done by <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/rer.sa\/rer-services-ar\">Electronic Land Registry Platform<\/a><\/strong><\/span>Owners of residential, commercial and other properties in the neighborhoods are required to submit the first in-kind registration application, accompanied by the documents proving the property (an electronic deed issued by the Ministry of Justice, complete with data that meets the conditions of ownership, a valid ID, and an agency if the applicant is an agent for the owner).<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">The third phase of the real estate registry<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The real estate authority noted that this phase is the third stage in the journey of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/?s=%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B3%D8%AC%D9%84+%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D9%82%D8%A7%D8%B1%D9%8A\">Cadastre<\/a><\/strong> The 46 neighborhoods in Riyadh are: King Salman, Al Basateen, Al Basateen, Al Tadamon, Al Zahir, Al Risala, Al Raya, Al Al Ala, Al Mashreq, Al Khair, Al Arid, Al Narjis, Al Qayrawan, Al Yasmeen, Al Malqa, Al Sahafah, Al Nada, Al Rabia, Al Aqiq, Hattin, Al Nakheel, Al Muhammadiyah, King Fahd, Al Wurood, Al Rahmaniyah, Al Raed, King Saud University, Al Marsalat, Al Mughrzat, Al Nuzha King Abdullah, Al Rawda, Al Quds, Al Hamra, Al Shuhada, Cordoba, Imam Muhammad bin Saud University, Al Andalus, King Faisal, Granada, Al Nahda, Al Khaleej, Seville, Yarmouk, Al Mounsiyah, Al Maizilah and Al Qadisiyah, in addition to the Shula neighborhood in Dammam and Al Aqeel neighborhood in Madinah;
