Wednesday that five conditions must be met in order to be accepted <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/58563\/\">Real estate applications<\/a> <\/strong>in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n<p>The platform explained in a statement that the first of these conditions is that the application must be submitted before 5\/5\/1444 AH, and that the property subject to the application should not be among the sites where ownership cannot be acquired legally or according to orders, decisions and instructions.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Conditions for accepting real estate applications<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The platform said that the property must have been revitalized prior to the revitalization prohibition order issued under the Supreme Order.<\/p>\n<p>The Ehkam platform has also set the requirement of having a title deed that has acquired the final status if the application has completed the procedures of the title deed or the request for formal amendment, and filling out the approved forms necessary to complete the application according to the conditions.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Completing the Deed of Settlement<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The requests to complete the Deed of Settlement are advertising in the newspaper, adding lengths and areas, modifications that affect neighbors, and contacting the government agencies stipulated in the law.<\/p>\n<p>The application requirements included a finalized title deed, the applicant's identity, and submitting a cadastral report through an accredited engineering office in the Ehkam platform that includes the title deed number, date, and source.<\/p>\n<p>The conditions also state that the identity of the applicant's representative must be included with the agency, and if he\/she is an heir, a list of heirs must be attached, and an account must be registered in the Ehkam platform.<\/p>\n<p>And the platform \u00ab<span style=\"color:
