{"id":61978,"date":"2024-01-07T15:17:37","date_gmt":"2024-01-07T12:17:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/?p=61978"},"modified":"2025-11-26T21:06:28","modified_gmt":"2025-11-26T21:06:28","slug":"5-8-%d9%85%d9%84%d9%8a%d8%a7%d8%b1-%d8%af%d8%b1%d9%87%d9%85-%d8%b5%d9%81%d9%82%d8%a7%d8%aa-%d8%b9%d9%82%d8%a7%d8%b1%d9%8a%d8%a9-%d9%81%d9%8a-%d8%af%d8%a8%d9%8a-%d8%ae%d9%84%d8%a7%d9%84-%d8%a7%d9%84","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/61978\/","title":{"rendered":"AED 5.8 billion worth of real estate transactions in Dubai last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The value of real estate transactions in the Land and Property Department in the Emirate of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/61709\/\">Dubai<\/a><\/strong> More than 5.8 billion dirhams during last week's trading.<\/p>\n<p>The department explained that 1721 sales worth AED 4.49 billion were recorded, including 114 sales of land worth AED 1.36 billion and 1183 sales of apartments and villas worth AED 3.13 billion.<\/p>\n<p>She pointed out that the most important land sales worth AED 268.33 million came in the fifth Thaniyah area, followed by a sale worth AED 113.9 million in the fourth Warsan area, followed by a sale worth AED 65.26 million in the Palm Jebel Ali area.<\/p>\n<p>According to<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/60735\/\"> Dubai Land Department<\/a><\/strong> Hind City 4 topped the list in terms of the number of sales with 18 sales worth AED 20.57 million, followed by Palm Jebel Ali with 11 sales worth AED 311.64 million and Seih Shuaib 1 with 8 sales worth AED 15.95 million.<\/p>\n<p>As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, a sale worth AED 110.01 million in Al Thaniyah Al Awwal came as the most important sale, followed by a sale worth AED 62 million in Palm Jumeirah, and finally a sale worth AED 56.4 million in Palm Jumeirah.<\/p>\n<p>Al Barsha South IV topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas with 170 sales worth AED 163.95 million, followed by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens with 119 sales worth AED 286.11 million and third in Business Bay with 81 sales worth AED 138.74 million.<\/p>\n<p>While mortgages recorded a value of AED 779.4 million, including 53 land mortgages worth AED 109.85 million and 273 mortgages for villas and apartments worth AED 669.54 million, the most important of which were in the Hamriyah area worth AED 125 million and another in the Mankhool area worth AED 52.15 million.<\/p>\n<p>As for donations, 98 donations worth AED 616.75 million were recorded, the most important of which were in the fourth Thaniyah area, worth AED 101.25 million, and another in the <a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/59337\/\">Burj Khalifa<\/a> worth AED 68.03 million.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Reading time: <\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> &lt;
