Ahmed Al-Salman, general supervisor of the real estate exchange, said that Real estate stock exchange<\/a> <\/strong>is planning to launch a new product in which property owners will be able to sell their properties by bidding.<\/p>\n

In an interview with Al-Sharq, Al-Salman added that real estate platforms will be directly linked to banks and financing entities through the real estate exchange, enabling them to offer their joint products and services through the exchange.<\/p>\n

He pointed out that this comes after the recent launch of the Real Estate Identity, which will enable services to be provided digitally, address the issue of duplication of deeds, and speed up judicial procedures.<\/p>\n

He also said that Real estate stock exchange<\/a><\/strong> A new inheritance distribution product that will change the real estate market because there is a lot of frozen property in it, he said, adding that he expects to launch large products in the coming period.<\/p>\n

He explained that the real estate platforms will be directly linked to banks and real estate finance entities through the real estate exchange, enabling them to offer their joint products and services in the real estate field through the exchange.<\/p>\n

He noted that 7 million temporary real estate identities have been issued and more than 500,000 active identities linked to a deed, pointing out that the real estate identity includes three stages, temporary, active after being linked to a deed, and inactive after the deed area changes due to sorting or merging.<\/p>\n

Market conditions and interest rate hikes may affect the growth of real estate financing, reducing deals in the residential sector, he said, predicting that deals during the current year will continue at the same pace as they were by the end of 2023, adding that with the introduction of investments and the introduction of new methods such as privileged residency and others will increase the demand for real estate in the Kingdom.<\/p>\n
