However, if the distribution of the inheritance is delayed, the heirs may not be able to start implementing these plans and make better use of the property.<\/p>\n<p>- Family conflicts: Delayed inheritance distribution can increase the likelihood of family conflicts over ownership and distribution of assets. Heirs may dispute the division or value of real estate, which can lead to litigation and legal disputes that negatively impact the estate and delay the implementation of any decisions.<\/p>\n<p>- Deterioration of real estate: Delayed inheritance distribution may result in the deterioration of inherited real estate, if the necessary maintenance is not taken care of or investment is not made in its development, its value may decline and be affected by wear and tear - depreciation - over time.<\/p>\n<p>- Legal and financial complications: A delayed distribution can cause legal and financial complications. A delayed distribution may require additional legal proceedings and delays in finalizing real estate-related financial matters. This can cause increased legal and administrative costs and delay the procedures needed to transfer ownership of real estate.<\/p>\n<p>In conclusion, the Ministry of Justice is always proactive in facilitating procedures for citizens, and this project will be a radical solution to end the suffering of the disruption of interests, especially real estate, and will help the entry of distinctive
