achieving all that the Kingdom plans for, and all that the citizen wishes for, in living inside a strong country, enjoying all the advantages of sustainability, development and prosperity, and because the vision adopts the scientific method - without any other - as a method that illuminates the way, it sets all possibilities to ensure the success of future plans, as if it does not want to leave anything to randomness, unless it prepares for it properly.<\/p>\n<p>The scientific approach to the details of the ambitious vision explains why the Cabinet approved the <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/ndf.gov.sa\/ar\/fund\/nif\/\">National Infrastructure Fund System<\/a><\/strong><\/span>This fund reflects the Kingdom's keenness to secure all the appropriate conditions for the success of the mega projects that came with the vision, which include the water, energy and transportation sectors, among others, because the Kingdom believes that the next stage of the vision's life requires special services of a special kind.<\/p>\n<p>The details of the fund, and its general objectives, appear to be many and multiple, serving the economic landscape of the Kingdom, and reflecting an official keenness, adopted by the Kingdom's government, that emphasizes the quality of infrastructure projects, indicating that although the Kingdom has been interested in infrastructure projects for decades, and allocates huge budgets to them, it decided to increase this interest by legalizing and supporting it in scientific ways that reveal the size of the Kingdom's aspirations to launch giant projects that need a strong infrastructure, helped by the presence of twelve banks and funds under the umbrella of the fund, which enhances attracting foreign investments to participate in implementing vision projects, this participation will not be imitation.<\/p>\n<p>I do not exaggerate if I emphasize that within a short period of its launch, the fund will become a key pillar in the establishment of quality projects that the Kingdom is working to implement on the ground, taking into account future developments, the steady increase in the population, and basic needs that contribute to raising the quality of life, which is an important goal of the vision.<\/p>\n<p>The whole scene confirms that the Kingdom is about to embark on a boom of major and qualitative projects that require good preparations, and the most important of these preparations is to have a model infrastructure capable of serving these projects of all kinds, including complex technology and technology projects, and this indicates that the new infrastructure projects go beyond paving roads and enhancing services such as electricity, sewage and telecommunications, to what is beyond that, with infrastructure services that provide modern technologies.<\/p>\n<p>The criteria for the National Infrastructure Fund, as if it puts the Kingdom on the threshold of a completely new phase of the path of Vision 2030, half of which has passed, and the other half remains, during which the Kingdom accelerates its efforts with precise work mechanisms and thoughtful programs to ensure the success of the remaining plans of the vision, which reflects the Kingdom's keenness to ensure that the wheel of development in the Kingdom proceeds at its rapid pace, without stopping, overcoming the challenges of the international economy and the decline in growth, which means that the Kingdom decided to continue implementing economic reform programs as they are,
