Signed National Housing Company (NHC)<\/a><\/strong><\/span> The agreement with the National Electricity Transmission Company of the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) aims to deliver electrical service through the construction of a 134-megavolt ampere (MVA) main substation and connecting it to the grid with cable lengths of approximately 19 kilometers to feed the Al Fursan Suburb Phase I substation.<\/p>\n

The signing ceremony took place at National Housing's headquarters, where National Housing was represented by CEO Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Batti, while the National Electricity Transmission Company was represented by Acting CEO Ahmed bin Saleh Al-Zahrani.<\/p>\n

Infrastructure Development in Al Fursan Suburb\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

The agreement strengthens the integration between the two entities, and complements the efforts made by National Housing in preparing the infrastructure in Al Fursan suburb, which includes water, electricity, telecommunications, lighting, sidewalks, road asphalting and others, in addition to allocating sites for public service facilities that meet the highest standards of quality of life, providing an integrated residential environment within model urban communities.<\/p>\n
