Restatex Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition\u201c<\/a><\/strong> The 2024 edition will be held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center from February 18 to 21, in the presence of a number of senior officials from government agencies, financing, and real estate development companies.<\/p>\n The ceremony included speeches by Riyadh Chamber Chairman Ajlan bin Abdulaziz Al-Ajlan, Chairman of the National Real Estate Committee at the Federation of Saudi Chambers Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Murshid, CEO of the organizer Mohammed bin Hussein Al-Faraj, and a speech by the General Authority of Real Estate by its spokesperson Tayseer bin Mohammed Al-Mufaraj.<\/p>\n During his tour of the exhibition, Al-Haqeel was briefed on the latest housing projects, real estate and financing products and services provided by the participating parties, through which they seek to meet the needs and aspirations of Saudi families in owning affordable housing according to the latest modern designs, thus achieving the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 in the housing sector. The Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing also honored the organizers and sponsors of the exhibition.<\/p>\n In this edition, the exhibition includes more than 10 dialogue sessions focused on: (classification of real estate developers, real estate stimulus initiative, real estate valuation - controls and obligations, building safety in the Saudi Building Code, professionalism in
