Construction work on the \u201cThekhra Makkah\u201d project, which is being built by Thekhra Real Estate Investment and Development Company, continues in Makkah. The project is considered one of the most important and largest real estate projects being developed in the central region. The project boasts several advantages that make it a subject of attention, not only because it is very close to the Kaaba, but also because its developers have carefully set several strategic goals that they strive to achieve on the ground. These goals are aimed at enhancing the hotel accommodation services provided to visitors to Makkah from pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims, in addition to innovating new methods in the hospitality sector.<\/p>\n
The project approved more than 100 temporary accommodation towers, of 3 and 4 stars in Mecca with a capacity of 250,000 people, was announced earlier this week, at a strategic location that provides the closest route for visitors to reach the King Abdulaziz Airport in Jeddah, by connecting it to the Third Ring Road, so that it is only 78 km away from the King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, allowing visitors to Mecca to reach their accommodation in the fastest and most convenient way.<\/p>\n
The \u201cThe Khader Makkah\u201d project stands out for its close proximity to the Holy Kaaba and the holy shrines. It is the main destination for visitors to Makkah, which makes it one of the most distinctive projects due to its proximity to these sacred places and its connection with them through radiant routes that facilitate the project\u2019s users\u2019 access to it. The Khader Makkah is located in the northern part of the Holy Kaaba, at a distance of less than 1 km via a road with no elevation or tunnels. It is also approximately 4.25 km from the Mina Shrine, and approximately 6.25 km from the Makkah Shrine. The same applies to the Arafat Shrine, which is approximately 8 km away from the project, ensuring that pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims can perform their duties with comfort and ease.<\/p>\n
Regarding the project, Dr. Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Mashkel, Vice President of the Board of Directors of the company, says that the \u201cThe Khurr Mekka\u201d project boasts a distinctive view of Mecca and the Holy Haram, which captivates the hearts and captivates the eyes. Al-Mashal added: \u201cThe project \u201cThe Mecca Square\u201d is one of the largest real estate projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a total area of approximately 309,243 square meters, including entrance points with an area of 13,589 square meters, making the total area of the project 322,832 square meters, capable of housing approximately 250,000 people, and includes 85 hotels, 8 residential towers, 10 serviced apartment towers, covered and open commercial markets, and other public facilities such as mosques, health centers, police and fire stations. The location, which is located within the project, is characterized by its distance from the Kaaba, which is no more than 1300 meters, and its charming view of the Kaaba, as well as its ease of transportation to all the holy shrines due to the unique road network that has been prepared to provide the pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims with the highest levels of comfort and luxury.
