Signed National Housing Company<\/a>\u060c <\/strong>6 partnership agreements with a number of real estate developers worth more than two billion riyals to develop and implement more than 3800 housing units with prices starting from 475 thousand riyals, in Al-Asala community southwest of the capital Riyadh, and comes within a series of urban communities developed by the company to provide a new concept of housing within integrated facilities and services characterized by quality of life for all segments of society.<\/p>\n

The agreements were signed on the sidelines of the Restatex Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition<\/a><\/strong>In partnership with Retal Real Estate Company, Faisal Bin Abdullah Bin Saidan Real Estate Investment and Development Company, Mohammed Al Habib Real Estate Company, Masaken Real Estate Company, and Shagen Contracting Company, in addition to Eshraqa Excellence for Real Estate Development, in the presence of the CEO of the National Housing Company, Mr. Mohammed Bin Saleh Al Butti, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing for Real Estate Development, Abdulrahman Al Tawil, in the presence of the CEO of the National Housing Company, Mr. Mohammed Bin Saleh Al Butti.<\/p>\n

Sales start in 3 projects within Al Asala Community\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

The National Housing Company announced the start of sales in 3 projects within the Al Asala community, where the first project \u201dNasaj Town Al Asala\u201d extends on a total area of 93 thousand square meters, and provides 366 residential units under construction of the type of \u201cvilla\u201d in partnership with Retal Real Estate Development Company.<\/p>\n

The company also launched the second project \u201dMalaffi Al Asala\u201d on an area of more than 45 thousand square meters, providing 166 residential units under construction of the \u201cvilla\u201d type, which comes in partnership with Faisal Abdullah Bin Saeedan Company for Investment and Real Estate Development.<\/p>\n
