Under the media sponsorship of Amlak Real Estate Newspaper and with the participation of the most prominent real estate development and financing companies, His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, launched last Sunday Restatex Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition<\/a><\/strong><\/span> In its new edition for this year 2024, which was held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center from February 18 to 21, in the presence of a large number of officials from governmental and financial entities and real estate development companies.<\/span><\/p>\n

The exhibition \u201cRiyadh Real Estate Restatex<\/a><\/strong><\/span> 2024\" is a great opportunity to exchange experiences and review the most important successful experiences in the field of real estate development and to sign wide agreements and partnerships between the participating government agencies and the private sector, amid the participation of major companies interested in real estate development in order to stimulate, promote and support the real estate sector in the Kingdom.<\/span><\/p>\n

During his tour of the exhibition, the Minister was briefed on the latest products, housing projects, real estate and financing services provided by all participating entities, which sought to meet the needs and aspirations of Saudi families in owning affordable housing according to the latest modern designs, thus achieving the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 in the housing sector.<\/span><\/p>\n
