licenses of small and medium-sized projects witnessed a growth of 63% during 2023 compared to last year, as 3273 new real estate units were licensed in all cities and regions of the Kingdom, indicating that the growth rate of completed projects reached 650% compared to 2022, and 3640 housing units were completed and completed for 42 projects distributed in the Kingdom's with a growth rate of more than 28% compared to the number of visits last year, while the number of supervisory visits reached 475 engineering supervisory visits, as an extension of the committee's keenness to preserve the rights of buyers and follow up the commitment of real estate developers to the standards and specifications specified in the contracts concluded between the project parties
