He pointed to a new amendment to the<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/30658\/\"> Expropriation<\/a><\/strong> Clear timelines have been set for expropriation, payment, and compensation.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding the complaints of expropriated citizens in the Khuzama and Diriyah neighborhoods and Jeddah informal settlements, the Minister of Finance explained that in the last 4 months 70% of Jeddah payments have been completed, budgets are allocated and the obstacle previously was from the government but now the main part is the ability of the expropriated to finalize their
