94 construction control tours within the residential neighborhoods in the governorate and its affiliated villages to monitor construction violations and ensure compliance with municipal instructions, as part of its efforts to control buildings and facilities, reduce construction violations, and raise the quality of projects.<\/p>\n<p>The municipality's mayor explained <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/62366\/\">Abu Arish Governorate<\/a><\/strong> Engineer Ahmed bin Abdullah Hikmi said that the field teams issued 32 construction violations related to construction work, indicating that the number of approved construction license applications reached 61 applications, while the number of occupancy certificates reached 18 certificates.<\/p>\n<p>He noted that <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/11840\/\">Control tours<\/a> <\/strong>This is part of the municipality's efforts to preserve the public appearance and remove any violations, by
