It aims to regulate off-plan sales and leasing, increase transparency and disclosure to ensure the protection of the rights of all parties to the contractual relationship, Its implementation also aims to govern oversight and compliance activities and automate all procedures related to the issuance of relevant licenses, as well as the stages of their processing from initiation to completion, This is
