and Leasing Committee, Naif bin Nawaf Al-Sharif, explained that the licenses of small and medium-sized projects witnessed a growth of 63% during 2023 compared to last year, as 3273 new real estate units were licensed in all cities and regions of the Kingdom, indicating that the growth rate of completed projects reached 650% compared to 2022, and 3640 housing units were completed and completed for 42 projects distributed in the Kingdom's regions.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Higher growth in real estate qualification\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Sharif noted the 350 licenses to qualify real estate developers to implement off-plan sales projects, and Wafi licensed 35 licenses to display more than 42.180 real estate units under construction distributed in a number of off-plan sales projects in cities and regions of the Kingdom; with the aim of increasing the real estate supply with quality units and appropriate prices that achieve the trends and objectives and enhance the spirit of competition among developers.<\/p>\n<p>The Secretary General indicated that the total number of field supervisory visits reached 1130 visits for the year 2023, with a growth rate of more than 28% compared to the number of visits last year, while the number of supervisory visits reached 475 engineering supervisory visits, as an extension of the committee's keenness to preserve the rights of buyers and follow up the commitment of real estate developers to the standards and specifications specified in the contracts concluded between the project parties
