Minister of Justice Walid Al-Samaani issued strict instructions to implement the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz - may God bless him - to protect the public property of the state and the private property of citizens from any attacks or abuses, with complete accuracy in issuing deeds, tracking all methods of fraud, forgery and manipulation, and returning every violation to its correct position, including returning the lands that have been stolen to state property and remain for what they were allocated for, and holding accountable any manipulator or forger who dared to violate state regulations and seize the rights of citizens and bring him to justice.<\/p>\n
In addition, the Ministry of Justice approved a decision to cancel a deed that was applied to government land that was illegally extracted with an area of 18 million square meters in Jeddah Governorate, and was directed to open an urgent investigation into those responsible for extracting this deed and hold them accountable and bring them to trial.<\/p>\n
The Minister of Justice and Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council, Sheikh Dr. Walid Al-Samaani, had directed the Committee for the Examination and Study of Deeds at the First Notary Office in Jeddah to study the said deed, where the committee detected several observations on the deed, and they were submitted to the Court of Appeal in the Makkah region, where the court found that the deed was extracted for land in an irregular manner and located on floodways and valleys, which is not legally and legally entitled to own it.<\/p>\n
Informed sources explained that the Ministry of Justice will continue its approach to tracking and canceling violating sukuk in implementation of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz - may God protect him - to preserve the rights of citizens, protect government facilities from theft, return every land that was applied to a public facility in an irregular manner, and categorically prevent the application of sukuk to any of the public facilities as they belong to every citizen and may not be turned into private property under any pretext.<\/p>\n
