real estate funds, both exchange-traded and non-traded, increased to 427 real estate funds by the end of last year 2023, with a growth rate of 56.4% compared to 2022.<\/p>\n<p>According to the authority, the size of the<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/31372\/\"> Real estate funds<\/a><\/strong> During the same period, it increased by 29.1% to 192.2 billion riyals compared to 148.8 billion riyals recorded in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Tadawul emphasized that foreign ownership of shares of Saudi listed companies that have investment properties in Makkah and Medina contributes to stimulating investments, raising the attractiveness of the Saudi capital market and enhancing its regional competitiveness.<\/p>\n<p>She pointed out that the ownership by non-Saudis of shares of Saudi listed companies that have investment properties in Makkah and Madinah is limited to the benefit related to the security and does not extend to the shareholders' ownership of real estate located within the boundaries of the cities of Makkah and Madinah, and does not prejudice the commitment of foreign investors and listed companies to the relevant laws, regulations and
