The necessary procedures and steps can be inquired about by calling the Customer Service Center at 199002.<\/p>\n<p>The National Company for Real Estate Registration Services (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/tag\/%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%b3%d8%ac%d9%84-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%b9%d9%82%d8%a7%d8%b1%d9%8a\/\">Cadastre<\/a><\/strong>) It is responsible for establishing and managing the real estate registry in the Kingdom using geospatial data and modern technologies through an integrated digital platform that contributes to enhancing transparency and confidence in real estate services and data. Starting from the date set for the start of registration, a \u201cproperty number\u201d and a title deed will be issued for each real estate unit that is registered.<\/p>\n<p>The new title deed will include property data, descriptions, status, rights, obligations, and all real estate transactions that occur on it, linked to geospatial information through cadastral elevation and geographic coordinates of real estate, to be the basis for registering ownership and the real estate rights resulting from it, which contributes to the sustainability and enhancement of the real estate sector
