Announced Diriyah Gate Development Authority<\/a><\/strong>...regarding the postponement of the eviction deadline for properties listed on the approved map, pursuant to Royal Decree No. 2180 dated 6-4-1443, located in the Al-Faisaliyah neighborhood and certain adjacent areas in the Al-Dir\u2019iyah Governorate, noting that property owners will be notified of any updates as soon as they are issued.<\/p>\n

The Authority noted via its official account on X that, with regard to certain announced areas (Al-Khuzami, Al-Nakheel, and Arqa), they will be handled as previously announced.<\/p>\n

The Authority had begun the final phase of the procedures Payment of Compensation to Property Owners<\/a> <\/strong>which were expropriated in parts of the neighborhoods of Al-Khuzami, Al-Nakhil, and Arqa, in accordance with the guidelines issued in this regard and in line with the eviction plans that were communicated to the property owners and their representatives.<\/p>\n

It is worth noting that the expropriation project in the Al-Faisaliyah neighborhood follows a series of major development and growth projects and plans in the region, which aim to promote sustainable development and serve national objectives and the public interest, pursuant to Royal Decree No. (21805) dated 6\/4\/1443 AH, which approves the expansion of the supervisory scope of the Diriyah Gate Project and the expropriation for public benefit of real estate required by the Diriyah Gate Development Authority for the purpose of developing the project, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of the Law on Expropriation of Real Estate for Public Benefit and Temporary Seizure of Real Estate, and the provisions of Article 12 of the Executive Regulations.<\/p>\n
